Dragon Tales

In a continued effort to be mindful of our Quaker testimony of Stewardship - Protect and care for the Earth - we are making our Winter/Spring issue of Dragon Tales digital only. If you do not already receive eNews from MPFS, and are not a current parent, please submit your email address to receive your Dragon Tales eNewsletter when published. We thank you for your help!

In this issue of Dragon Tales, we're spotlighting MEANINGFUL LEARNING in our middle school! Our feature story covers MPFS' medicinal plant project in partnership with Media Meeting and Singularity Botanicals based in Chester.

Head of School Teacher Jon helps us to see the whole picture of an MPFS education from preschool - grade 8. Read on to get to know new guidance counselor Teacher Michele Hill and hear from MPFS sixth grade student Juliet Morgan who writes about the new racial affinity groups for students. Plus, middle school students got a visit from a Nobel-prize winning chemist and students across grades participated in our annual STEAM Week focused on renewable energies!
